APPLICATION
Copper bare braided wires are designed for connection of cars and tractors electric equipment to the body.
DESIGN
АМГ - automobile copper bare braided flexible wires;
АМГЛ - automobile tinned copper bare braided flexible wires from copper wire tinned by 40 %
solder.
АМГЛ-Т2 - automobile copper tinned bare braided flexible wires in tropical modification from a tinned copper wire.
AMГ-Т - automobile tinned copper bare braided flexible wires in tropical modification from a tinned copper wire.
Wires are braided from strands and then rolled.
TECHNICAL DATA
The bending radius of wires at installation should not be less than double thickness of wire.
Operational temperature of wires is from -60 °С to +140 °С.
Wires АМГЛ, АМГ-Т2 resist to 98% humidity at the temperature +35 °С.
The delivery length is not less than 50 meters, 0,5m and more wire pieces are possible to deliver but not more than 10 % of total length of batch.
Service life is 5 years.
