APPLICATION
Flexible power cables are designed for connecting of mobile machines, mechanisms and equipment to electric networks and to mobile sources of electricity on AC nominal voltage 660V frequency up to 400 Hz or DC nominal voltage 1000V.
КГВ – flexible power cables with copper conductors with PVC insulation and sheath;
КГВЭВ - flexible power cables with copper conductors with PVC insulation and sheath, shielded.
DESIGN
CONDUCTOR – copper multiwire, 5 class according to GOST 22483-77.
INSULATION – PVC-compound. Insulated conductors have identification colouring. Drain wire is of greenish-yellow colouring.
STRAND – insulated cores (2, 3, 4) are twisted among themselves. In five-core cables cores are twisted around PVC string.
SHEATH – black PVC- compound.
TECHNICAL DATA
Conductor DC resistance corresponds to GOST 22483-77.
Electric resistance of conductor insulation on 1 km at the temperature 20ºС should not be less than:
14 МОhm for 0.75mm² cross-section;
12 МОhm for 1,0; 1,5mm² cross-sections;
10 МОhm for 2,5; 4,0mm² cross-sections;
9 MOhm for 6,0mm² cross-sections;
7 MOhm for 10,0mm² and above cross-sections.
Range of operational temperatures is from -40°C up to +70°C for modification У; from -60°С up to +70°C for modification ХЛ.
Cables resist to 95% relative humidity at an ambient temperature up to + 35°C.
Cables with 2-5 conductors and mother-lode cross-section up to 4,0 mm² resist to repeated bendings. Number of bending cycles is not less than 30000.
The delivery length for cross-sections up to 35,0 mm² is not less than 150 meters, for cross-sections 50,0mm² and above is not less than 100 meters, 20 m and more cable pieces are possible to deliver but not more than 20% of total length of batch.
Service life of cables is not less than 4 years.
