APPLICATION
Automobile flexible cables are designed for connection of electric equipment to automobile DC electric main with nominal voltage up to 28V
DESIGN
CONDUCTOR - copper multicore, class 4 in accordance with GOST 22483-77.
INSULATION – PVC-compound. Insulated cores should be of different colors.
STRAND - insulated cores are twisted. Parallel laying down of cores in twin cables is allowed.
SHEATH - PVC-compound over the twisted or in parallel laid down insulated cores. Talcing of insulated cores is made when imposing a sheath.
TECHNICAL DATA
Сonductor DC resistance at 20°С should not be more than:
24,7 МОhm for 0.75mm ² cross-section area;
18,5 МОhm for 1,0mm ² cross-section area;
12,7 МОhm for 1,5mm ² cross-section area.
The cables with two or three cores withstand not less than 15000 bending cycles; the cables with more than three cores withstand not less than 10000 bending cycles.
Operational temperature is from -40ºС to +70ºС.
Wires resist to fuels and lubricants oils: mineral oils, gasoline and diesel fuel,
Cables do not extend combustion.
90% сable resource corresponds to 450 thousand and more kilometers of the car run.
The delivery length is not less than 100 meters, 20m and more wire pieces are possible to deliver but not more than 20 % of total length of batch.
The minimum operating time of cables is 20000 hours.
Service life of cables is not less than 10 years.
