APPLICATION
Cables are designed for assembling of interblock connections of electric devices and equipment, operating at AC voltage up to 80V, frequency up to 1000 Hz, and operational temperature from -45˚С to +40˚С.
The following cable trade marks are manufactured:
КМВВ – assembling multicore cable with PVC insulation and sheath;
КМВЭВ - the same, in the screen from aluminoflex;
КМПВ - assembling multicore cable with PE insulation and PVC sheath;
КМПЭВ - the same, in the screen from aluminoflex;
КМВВГ - assembling multicore flexible cable with PVC insulation and sheath;
КМВЭВГ - the same, in the screen from aluminoflex;
КМПВГ - assembling multicore flexible cable with PE insulation and PVC sheath;
КМПЭВГ - the same, in the screen from aluminoflex.
DESIGN
CONDUCTOR - copper single-wire, class 1 in accordance with GOST 22483-77, nominal coductor diameters are 0,4mm and 0,5mm for cables КМВВ, КМПВ, КМВЭВ, КМПЭВ and multiwire for cables КМВВГ, КМПВГ, КМВЭВГ, КМПЭВГ.
INSULATION - PVC-compound (for cables КМВВ, КМВЭВ, КМВВГ, КМВЭВГ) or polyethylene (for cables КМПВ, КМПЭВ, КМПВГ, КМПЭВГ). Conductor colors are various. Insulated cores are not twisted, twisting is allowed on request of the customer.
SHEATH - PVC-compound.
TECHNICAL DATA
DC electric resistance of conductor at temperature 20 °С on 1 km of cable should not be less than 148 Ohm for diameter 0,4mm and 94 Ohm for diameter 0.5mm.
Electric resistance of insulation at temperature 20 °С on 1 km of cable should not be less than 500 MOhm for cables КМПВ, КМПЭВ, КМПВГ, КМПЭВГ, less than 10 МОhm for cables КМВВ, КМВЭВ, КМВВГ, КМВЭВГ.
Operational temperature is from-40°C to +60°С.
Assembling of cables should be made at the temperature not below -15°C.
Bending radius is not less than ten outer diameters of a cable.
The delivery length of unscreened wires is not less than 200 meters, 10 m and more cable pieces are possible to deliver but not more than 10% of total length of batch.
Service life of cables is not less than 10 years.
