APPLICATION Heating coaxial monophase cable is designed for heating installations, systems and devices for heating frozen ground and beton, snowmelting from surfaces of roofs and others road and bridge constructions, heating of floors, ground in glasshouses, production pipelines, pavements, open stairs and ramps. DESIGN INNER CONDUCTOR - steel low-carbon zinc coated wire. INSULATION – cross-linked polyethylene. OUTER CONDUCTOR - braid from steel wires. Percentage of coverage of braiding is not less than 85%. SECOND INSULATION LAYER - cross-linked polyethylene. SHIELD - braid from steel wires. Percentage of coverage of braiding is not less than 50%. SHEATH - PVC-compound. TECHNICAL DATA Electric resistance of insulation for 1 km at the temperature +20°C is not less than 10 МОhm, at the temperature +80°С is not less than 0,5 МОhm. Cables resist to air humidity up to 95 % at an ambient temperature up to + 35°С. Cables resist to water and fertilizer solutions, and also to 20 % water solution of salt or 30 % alkaline solutions of Ca (OH) 2 or NaOH. The total operating time of a cable under current load is not more than 20000 hours at the temperature of sheath surface +80°C. Permissible laying temperature is not below -10°C, permissible bending radius at assembling is not less than 5 nominal outer diameters of a cable. Cable introducing in the network is made according to operational requirements of heating object. Permissible distance between assembled cables is not less than 50mm. Power is supplied from one end of a cable through terminal clamps in box excluding moisture penetration, in sealed box, fed from control panel through relevant flexible cabtyre cable. On the other end of cable inner and outer conductors should be soldered or mechanically connected, insulated and sealed to avoid moisture penetration. Cables are used at fixed assembling. Service life of cables is not less than 20 years.
