APPLICATION
Welding cables are used at automatic and semiautomatic welding machines at arc welding for connection of welding electrode holders to AC nominal voltage up to 220V nominal frequency 50 Hz or DC nominal voltage 700V.
DESIGN
CONDUCTOR - copper multi-wire, class 5 for cross-sections from 10,0 to 95,0mm ² and class 4 for cross-sections 120,0mm² in accordance with GOST 22483-77.
INSULATION - the first layer from cross-linked polyethylene is pressed, giving to a cable the round form. The second insulation layer is from PVC-compound.

CONDUCTOR CROSS-SECTION, mm ² - 10,0; 16,0; 25,0; 35,0; 50,0; 70,0; 95,0; 120,0.
TECHNICAL DATA
The electric resistance of insulation for 1 km at the temperature + 20°C is not less than 250 МОhm.
PVC cable insulation resist to deformation at the temperature +70°С.
The average bending resource of cable is not less than 10000 cycles for cross-sections up to 16,0 mm²; not less than 6000 cycles for cross-sections over 16,0 mm².
Range of operational temperatures is from -60°C to +70°С.
The cable does not extend combustion.
Current loads on a cable at conductor preheating temperature +70°С and nominal ambient temperature +25°С is not more than specified in the table.
The minimum permissible bending radius of cable at operation is not less than three outer cable diameters.
The cable should not be exposed to crushing and impacts.
The cable should be protected from splashes of the melted metal, oil, gasoline and other mineral oil.
The delivery length is not less than 100 meters, 20m and more cable pieces are possible to deliver but not more than 10% of total length of batch.
Guaranty operational period of cable is 6 months from the date of commissioning.
