Flat composite cables for lifts with additional shielded conductors
APPLICATION
The flat cable for lifts is designed for passenger and good lifts at AC nominal voltage 300/500V and nominal frequency up to 60 Hz.
The cables of following marks are manufactured:
- КВПЛ – multicore copper flat cable with PVC insulation and sheath.
- КВПЛнг-LS - multicore copper flat cable with PVC insulation and sheath, with low flammability and low gas- and smoke-emission.
- КВПЛК - multicore copper flat composite cable with PVC insulation and sheath with additional twisted shielded pairs.
- КВПЛЭ - multicore copper flat cable with PVC insulation and sheath with additional shielded conductors.
DESIGN
CONDUCTOR - copper multi-wire, 5 class in accordance with GOST 22483-77.
INSULATION - PVC-compound. The drain wire has greenish-yellow insulation. The drain wire may be laid down from any edge of a cable. Conductors differ by digital marking or by color. Conductors are completed in units from 2 to 5. In the center of each group there is a ripping yarn.
SHEATH – PVC sheath covers insulated cores. Fluted surface of a sheath with pitch 3±1 mm is allowed. Flute depth is not more than 0,2 mm.
TECHNICAL DATA
Conductor DC resistance at 20°С on 1 km of cable corresponds to the values specified in GOST 22483-77 for 5 class.
Electric resistance of insulation at temperature 20 °С on 1 km of cable should not be less than 20 MOhm
The cables are operated at 95% humidity and the temperature +35˚С.
The maximum temperature of a conductor should not exceed +70˚С.
Cables resist to bends and impacts at temperature -20˚С.
The cable operational life at the minimum radius of bending is equal to 1000000 cycles «up & down».
Operational temperature is from -20˚С to + 70˚С.
The maximum length of freely suspended cable should be 50 m.
While install and operate the cable should not be twisted about its longitudinal axis.
At installation the flat sides of a cable should be arranged in parallel opposite one another, and the bending of cable loop should be in the same side, as on a drum during winding and storage.
Lifts speed should not exceed 1,6 km/s.
The recommended distance between cable clamps at installation of lifts is not less than 300 mm.
Delivery length is not less than 45 m.
Service life is not less than 12 years.
