APPLICATION
High-frequency telecommunication cables are designed for collective and individual reception aerials.
КВТ-1 - high-frequency telecommunication cable;
КВТ-2 - high-frequency telecommunication cable, small-sized.
DESIGN
INNER CONDUCTOR - copper single-wire.
INSULATION - polyethylene of low density.
OUTER CONDUCTOR - a braid from copper wires with diameter 0,13 mm, percentage of coverage of braiding is 40 - 60 %.
SHEATH - polyethylene or PVC-compound.
TECHNICAL DATA
Characteristic impedance is (75±5) Ohm.
Attenuation constant at frequency 200 MHz for a cable КВТ-1 is no more than 0,45 db/m, for a cable КВТ-2 is no more than 0,72 db/m.
Range of operational temperatures is from -40°C to +70°С.
Cables resist to air humidity up to 98 % at an ambient temperature up to +35°C.
The average bending resource of cable is not less than 10000 cycles on ±90°.
The minimum bending radius at installation at the temperature +5°С and above for a cable КВТ-1 is 40mm, for a cable КВТ-2 is 30mm; at the temperature below +5°С for a cable КВТ-1 is 70mm, for a cable КВТ-2 is 60mm.
The delivery length is not less than 25 meters, 10m and more cable pieces are possible to deliver but not more than 20% of total length of batch.
Service life of cables is 8 years.
