APPLICATION
Control cables are designed for fixed connecting to electric devices, apparatus, assemblages of clamps of electric distribution devices with AC nominal voltage up to 660V and frequency 100 Hz or DC voltage up to 1000V. They are suitable for direct burial or for drawing into conduits in corrosive environment at the absence of mechanical affecting on cables. Cables should be protected at outcroppings.
A cable with indexes “нг” and “нг-Ls” are used at laying in cable constructions and premises for fire safety control of cable circuits and bunches.

CONDUCTOR - copper or aluminium single-wire, class 1 in accordance with GOST 22483-77.
INSULATION - PVC-compound (for cables with an index "ng-Ls" – PVC-compound of low flammability with low gas and smoke emission).
STRAND - insulated conductors are twisted. In each layer of cable conductors there is a pair with individual colours differ from other conductors.
SHEATH – PVC-compound (with index "нг" – low flammability; with index "ng-Ls" - low flammability, low gas and smoke emission).
TECHNICAL DATA
Resistance of isolation at the temperature 20˚С is not less than:
10МOhm for cross-sections from 0,75 to1,5 mm²;
6МОhm for cross-section 2,5 mm².
Range of operational temperatures is from +50˚С to -50˚С.
Cables resist to air humidity up to 98 % at an ambient temperature up to +35°C.
Permissible operational preheating temperature of conductors is +70˚С.
Cables with an index «нг» do not extend combustion in bunches.
Cables resist to assembly bendings.
The delivery length is not less than 150 meters, 20m and more cable pieces are possible to deliver but not more than 15% of total length of batch.
Service life of cables is not less than 15 years, at laying in premises is 25 years.
