APPLICATION
Assembling wires are designed for AC nominal voltage 600V and 1000V and frequency up to 5000 Hz and DC voltage 840V and 1400V accordingly. The wires are used in circuits of electric devices of general industrial destination.

- Tinned copper multicore for marks: НВ, НЭ, НП, НПЭ, according to GOST 22483-77:
Class 1 for cross-section areas 0,12; 0,2; 0,35; 0,5; 0,75; 1,0; 1,5 mm²;
Class 3 for cross-section areas 0,75; 1,0; 1,5mm²;
Class 4 for cross-section areas 0,12; 0,2; 1,0; 1,5mm²;
Class 5 for cross-section areas 0,35; 0,5; 0,75mm²;
- Сopper multicore for marks: НВМ and НВМЭ, according to GOST 22483-77:
Class 1 for cross-section areas 0,12; 0,2; 0,35; 0,5; 0,75; 1,0; 1,5; 2,5mm²;
Class 3 for cross-section areas 0,75; 1,0; 1,5; 2,5mm²;
Class 4 for cross-section areas 0,12; 0,2; 0,35; 0,5mm²;
INSULATION - PVC-compound for marks: НВ, НЭ, НВМ, НВМЭ; PE for marks: НП and НПЭ. Insulation coloring may be continuous or in the form of strips. Seven colors are used for coloring of insulation. Color of insulation is the subject on order.
SHIELD - braid from tinned copper wires for НВЭ, НПЭ; braid from copper wires for НВМЭ. Braid density is not less than 70%.
QUANTITY OF CORES – 1 (in a screen up to 2)
CROSS-SECTIONS of CORES, mm ²: 0,12; 0,20; 0,35; 0,50; 0,75; 1,00; 1,5; 2,5.
TECHNICAL DATA
Electric resistance of insulation on 1 m of wire is not less 1х104 МОhm.
Wires resist to vibration and impacts; to gasoline, mineral oils and mold fungi.
Wires do not extend combustion.
Operational temperatures: from -50°C to +105°С for НВ, НВЭ, НВМ, НВМЭ; from -60°C to +85°С for НП, НПЭ.
Average resource of wires with PVC insulation: 1000 hours at 105°C or 6000 hours at 70°С, or 10000 hours at 85°C.
Average resource of wires with PE insulation: 5000 hours at 85°C.
The delivery length of unshielded wires is not less than 50 meters, 10m and more wire pieces are possible to deliver but not more than 20 % of total length of batch. The delivery length of shielded wires is not less than 20 meters, 5m and more wire pieces are possible to deliver but not more than 20 % of total length of batch.
Service life is 15 years.
