APPLICATION
Wires are designed for light systems, installation and connecting of devices to AC electric main on nominal voltage up to 380V and 50Hz frequency.
ПБВВ - a wire with parallel conductors, PVC insulation and sheath.
ПБВВГ - a wire with parallel conductors, PVC insulation and sheath, flexible.
ПБПВ - a wire with parallel conductors, PE insulation and PVC sheath.
ПБПВГ - a wire with parallel conductors, PE insulation and PVC sheath, flexible.
ПБВН - a wire with parallel conductors with separating baffle, PVC insulation.
DESIGN
CONDUCTORS are made from copper wire and correspond to class 1 (ПБВВ, ПБПВ, ПБВН) and to class 3 or 4 (ПБВВГ, ПБПВГ) in accordance with ГОСТ 22483.
INSULATION – PVC for ПБВВ, ПБВВГ, ПБВН and PE for ПБПВ, ПБПВГ. One of insulated cores in the sheath should have an identification color- continuous or strip.
SHEATH - PVC-compound is lapped over parallel insulated cores. Color of a sheath is in accordance with customer’s requirements.
TECHNICAL DATA
Conductor DC resistance for 1 km at 20°С should correspond to GOST 22483.
Electric resistance of PE insulation (ПБПВ, ПБПВГ) at temperature 20 °С on 1 km of wire should not be less than 10 МОhm; electric resistance of PVC insulation (ПБBВ, ПБBВГ, ПБВН) at temperature 20 °С on 1 km of wire should not be less than:
7 МОhm for 0.75 mm ² cross-section;
6 МОhm for 1,0; 1,5 mm ² cross-sections;
5 МОhm for 2,5; 4,0 mm ² cross-sections;
4 МОhm for 6,0 mm ² cross-section.
Operational temperature range is from - 40°С to +40°С
PVC insulation and sheath resist to deformations at temperature 70°С; resist to cracking.
Wires do not extend burning at single laying.
The fault-free operational time is not less than 12000 hours.
Service life is not less than 8 years.
