APPLICATION
Auto-&-tractor wires are designed for flexible connection of an auto-&-tractor electric equipment and devices with nominal voltage up to 48V. These wires are used in cars on operating in temperate and tropical climates.
ПВА and ПВАМ single core flexible heat-resisting wires are applied for flexible connection of an auto-&-tractor electric equipment. Operational temperature range is from -45 °С to +105 °С.

DESIGN
CONDUCTOR - copper multicore.
INSULATION - PVC - compound for ПГВА and ПГВАЭ, heat-resisting PVC - compound of ИТ-105 mark for ПВА and ПВАМ. For ПВАМ the insulation is thin. An insulation of wires may have the continuous or combined coloring; it is a subject on order. The combined coloring is a combination of two different parallel strips; one of the colors is basic. Additional color should consist of one or two strips. The total width of additional color strips should be less than the total width of basic color strips.
SHIELD - braid from copper wires with nominal diameter 0,12 - 0,26 mm, tinned by lead-tin solder (for ПГВАЭ).

TECHNICAL DATA
Operational temperature range for wires of marks: ПГВА, ПГВАЭ is from-40°C to +70°C;
for wires of marks ПВА, ПВАМ is from-40°C to +105°C.
Wires resist to cracking, vibration loads, a gasoline, a mineral oil and mold fungi.
Wires do not extend combustion at a single laying.
Wires of marks ПВА and ПВАМ resist to forcing through at temperature +110°C within 8 hours.
The minimum operating time of wires is not less than: 20000 hours at +70°C (for ПГВА, ПВА, ПВАМ); 10000 hours at +90°C (for ПВА, ПВАМ); 5000 hours at +105°C (for ПВА, ПВАМ).
Delivery length is not less than: 100m for cross-sections 0,35-25,0 mm²; 50m for cross-sections 35,0mm ². 10m and more wire pieces are possible to deliver if they amount not more than 5 % of total length of batch.
Service life of wires is 10 years.
