APPLICATION
PVC insulated jumper office wire is designed for wiring telephone and signal distribution at DC voltage up to 120V.
DESIGN
CONDUCTOR - soft copper single-wire with diameter 0,4 and 0,5 mm.
INSULATION - PVC-compound. Insulated cores differ by colours.
STRAND - insulated cores are twisted with lay of strand up to 15 diameters over stranded core.
TECHNICAL DATA
Conductor resistance for 1 km at the temperature 20°С is not more than:
148 Ohm for conductor with diameter 0,4 mm;
94 Ohm for conductor with diameter 0,5 mm.
The electric resistance of insulation for 1 km at 20°С and normal relative humidity is not less than 100 МOhm.
Range of operational temperatures is from -10°C to + 50°С.
Permissible installation temperature is not below -5°C.
Permissible bending radius is not less than 10 times the outer wire diameter.
The delivery length is not less than 100 meters, 50m and more wire pieces are possible to deliver but not more than 10% of total length of batch.
Wire service life is not less than 5 years.
