APPLICATION
For connecting of household apparatus, electric devices, machines and electrical domestic appliances and etc. to AC electric main on nominal voltage up to 380V for systems 380/660V for cords ПВС, 60227 IEC 53, ПВС-ТS, ПВС-TT; on voltage up to 380V for systems 380/380V for cords ШВВП, 60227 IEC 52, ПВС-Т; voltage up to 220V for systems 220/380V for cords ШПС, ШВП-2, ШВП-3, ПВС/AБС and for manufacturing of extension cords.
DESIGN
CONDUCTOR - copper multiwire, class 5 for marks: ПВС; ШВВП; 60227 IEC 53; 60227 IEC 52; ПВС-Т with cross-sections up to 2,5 mm²; ШВП-2 and ШВП-3 with cross-sections up to 0,75mm² inclusive;
a class 3 and 4 for marks: ШВП-2 and ШВП-3 with cross-sections from 1,0 mm²; ШПС; ПВС-Т with cross-sections 4,0 of mm ²; ПВС-TS to with cross-sections up to 10,0mm² inclusive; class 2 in accordance with GOST 22483-77 for ПВС-TS with cross-sections 16,0mm².
INSULATION - PVC-compound, a cord ШВП-3 has transparent PVC insulation. Insulated conductors have various coloring. In cords with index RoHS there is PVC-compound which does not contain lead.
STRAND - insulated conductors of wires and cords except ШВВП, 60227 IEC 52, ШВП-2, ШВП-3 are twisted, the strand from four and five insulated cores around PVC string is allowed. Conductors of marks: ШВВП, 60227 IEC 52, ШВП-2, ШВП-3 - are laid down in parallel. Parallel conductors of marks ШВП-2 and ШВП-3 have separation between them.
SHEATH - Insulated conductors of wires and cords (except cords of marks ШВП-2 and ШВП-3) are PVC sheathed. In cords with index RoHS there is PVC-compound which does not contain lead.

ШВП-2 - flexible cord with parallel conductors with PVC insulation, on voltage up to 220V for systems 220/380V.
ШВП-3 - flexible cord with parallel conductors with transparent PVC insulation, on voltage up to 220V for systems 220/380V.
ШПС – hook-up cord with stranded copper conductors, with PVC insulation and sheath, on voltage up to 220V for systems 220/380V.
ПВС-Т – flexible light-weighted wire with stranded copper conductors, with PVC insulation and a sheath, on voltage up to 380V for systems 380/380C.
ПВС-TT - flexible wire with stranded copper conductors, with PVC insulation and thickened sheath, on voltage up to 380V for systems 380/660V.
ПВС-ТS - a wire with stranded copper conductors, with PVC insulation and a sheath, for fixed laying, on voltage up to 380V for systems 380/660V.
ПВС/AБС - flexible wire with stranded copper conductors, with heat-resistant PVC insulation and sheath, on voltage up to 220V for systems 220/380V.
ПВС - flexible wire with stranded copper conductors, with PVC insulation and sheath, on voltage up to 380V for systems 380/660V.
ШВВП - flexible light-weighted cord with parallel conductors, with PVC insulation and a sheath, on voltage up to 380V for systems 380/380C.
60227 IEC 53 - flexible wire with stranded copper conductors, with PVC insulation and a sheath, on voltage up to 380V for systems 380/660V.
60227 IEC 52 – flexible light-weighted wire with stranded copper conductors, with PVC insulation and a sheath, on

TECHNICAL DATA
Wires and cords are designed for operation at an ambient temperature from -40°С to + 40°С.
The maximum conductor operational temperature is +70˚С.
PVC sheath and insulation resist to deformation at the temperature +70˚С and resist to cracking.
Wires resist to mold fungi, do not extend combustion.
The wires with cross-section up to 4,0 mm² withstand not less than 30000 bending cycles, the wires ШВП-2, ШВП-3 and ШПС of all cross-section withstand not less than 15000 bending cycles, the wires ПВС-TS with cross-section up to 4,0 mm² withstand not less than 10000 bending cycles.
The fault-free operational time is not less than 5000 hours; for the wires applied in fixed electric appliances is not less 12000 hours.
The delivery length is not less than 100 meters, 10 m and more wire pieces are possible to deliver but not more than 10% of total length of batch.
Service life of wires and cords is not less than 6 years at observance of operational conditions and 10 years at using in fixed electric appliance.
