Installation wires are designed for electric installations, for fixed wiring in lighting and power mains, and also for assembling of electric equipment, machines on rated voltage up to 450V (for mains up to 450/750V) frequency up to 400 Hz or DC voltage up to 1000V.
DESIGN
CONDUCTOR
Conductors are made from copper wire and correspond to class 1 for ПВ1, to class 2 for ПВ2, to class 3 or 4 for ПВ3, to class 5 for ПВ4, 60227 IEC 06, 60227 IEC 08 in accordance with GOST 22483-08.
For АПВ and АППВ conductors are made from one aluminium wire corresponding to class 1 for cross-sections from 2,5 to 16,0mm²; to class 2 for cross-sections from 16,0 to 95,0mm² in accordance with GOST 22483-77.
INSULATION - PVC - compound of mark И40-13А compounding 8/2 for modification УХЛ; И60-12 for modification ХЛ; И40-13А compounding 8/2 without lead for wires with index RoHS (without plumbiferous stabilizers), ИТ-90 for wire 60227 IEC 08. PVC insulation is pressed onto parallel conductors of ППВ and АППВ with separation layer which nominal thickness is 0,5 mm and nominal width is 1,0 mm. Insulation colouring may be continuous or made by two opposite longitudinal strips on the insulation of natural colour. Drain wires are of greenish-yellow colouring.
TECHNICAL DATA
Wires resist to an ambient temperature from -50°C to +70°С (60227 IEC 08 to +90 °С)
Wires resist to mechanical impacts, linear acceleration, bends, vibration, acoustic noise and mold fungi.
Wires do not extend combustion.
Permissible temperature for installation is not below -15°C.
Bending radius of wires at installation is not less than 10 wire diameters.
Permissible conductor preheating temperature is not more than +70°C.
The delivery length is not less than 100 meters, not less than 20 m wires are possible to deliver but not more than 10% of total length of batch.
Service life of wires is 10 years.
