DESIGN
INNER CONDUCTOR - copper wire or tinned copper wire in cables РК 50-2-16 and РК 75-2-13.
INSULATION - polyethylene of low density; in cables SAT-50; РК 75-3-32А; RG-6 - polyethylene foam.
OUTER CONDUCTOR - braid from copper wires; in cables SAT-50; RG-6 - the combined conductor from aluminoflex and tinned copper wires
SHETH – light stabilized polyethylene or PVC-compound (PE or PVC).
TECHNICAL DATA
Cables with a sheath from light stabilized polyethylene of low density resist to influence of temperatures from -60°C up to +85°С; with a PVC sheath - from -40˚С up to + 70˚С.
Cables resist to high (to 300 kPа) and low (to 0,67 kPа) air pressure.
Cables resist to vibration, impacts and linear loads, acoustic noise and air humidity up to 98 % at temperature +35˚С.
Cables resist to the raised humidity, hoarfrost, solar radiation, a hydrochloric fog, mold fungi, mineral oils, salty water, gasoline, dust.
The minimum temperature at cable bending is -40˚С.
At operation the ends of cables should be protected so that no moisture is able to penetrate along the inside of the cable.
Service life of cables with PE sheath is not less than 12 years, with PVC sheath is not less than 8 years.
