Electronic appeals of citizens, including individual entrepreneurs (hereinafter - the citizens) and legal entities are directed and reviewed in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 18 July 2011 "On citizens and legal entities appeals".

In accordance with the Law of 18 July 2011 "On citizens and legal entities appeals” electronic appeals set out in the Belarusian and Russian languages.
