DESIGNATION

 

Control cables are designed for transmission of low power control signals with alternating voltage up to 250 V and 1000 Hz frequency or direct voltage up to 350 V.

ARRANGEMENT

CONDUCTOR:copper, stranded.

INSULATION: polyethylene.

SHIELDING:copper wire braiding over each insulated conductor.

STRAND:all cable conductors are stranded in one direction.

BRAIDING:polyamide or polyethylene terephthalate film between lay-ups in shielded-conductor cables with separator. Over outer lay-up the braiding is laid to the direction, opposite to strand direction (for all the cable models).

ARMOR BRAIDING:forКУПВ-Пм model - tinned copper wires; for КУПВ-П model - galvanized steel wires.

SHEATH:polyvinylchloride compound.

NUMBER OF CONDUCTORS:7, 14, 19, 24, 27, 37.

TECHNICALSPECIFICATIONS

Conductoralternating-current resistance for a length of 1 km at a temperature of +20°С:

- for 0.35 mm² conductor area - 57 Ω;

- for 0.5mm² conductorarea - 40.5Ω.

Cables are resistant to multiple winds and to axial twisting.

Cables are resistant tosinusoidal vibrations, acoustic noises, single mechanical shocks, repeated mechanical shocks, linear acceleration, high atmospheric pressure, high relative atmospheric humidity, atmospheric condensation (dewfall, hoar frost), salt (sea) fog, dynamic dust (sand).

Cables withstand the maximal operating temperature of +70°С.

Cables are resistant to low operating ambient temperature when hardwiring: -50°С.

Cables are resistant to low operating ambient temperaturein condition of cabling bends: -30°С with bend radius of five cable diameters.

Factorycable length - 201 m.

Operational cable life - not less than 15 years.
