DESIGNATION

Flame-retardant cables with copper conductors and halogen-free polymer compound insulation are designed for electrical facilities hardwiring in lighting and power networks and for installation of electrical equipment, machines, units and mechanisms, indoor electrical installations with rated alternating voltage up to 300/500 V inclusively and 400 Hz frequency.

TECHNICALSPECIFICATIONS

Conductor direct-current resistance for a length of 1 km at a temperature of +20°С complies with GOST 22483.

Insulation electrical resistance for a length of 1 km at a temperature of +20°С is not less than 5 MΩ.

КуППнг(А)-HF cable is shock-resistant at a temperature of -15°С.

Insulation passes bend or elongation test at a temperature of -15°С.

Cables are resistant to the effect of low ambient temperature up to -50°С.

Cables are resistant to the effect of high ambient temperature up to +65°С.

Cables are resistant to continuous effect of relative atmospheric humidity up to 98% at ambient temperature up to +35°C.

Cables are safe for consumers and environment when operatedin normal conditions.

Cables do not spread combustion when group laid under A category.

Cables are designed for group cable lines laying for indoor electrical units at ambient temperature up to -40°С and for residential and public buildings cabling.

Cabling shall be performed at a temperature not lower than -15°С. 

Maximal permissible continuous conductor heating temperature shall not exceed +70°С.

Minimal operating bend radius of the cable shall not be less than ten cable diameters for КуППнг(А)-HF model and five diameters - for КуГППнг(А)-HF.

Factory cable length -not less than 100 m. Cables can be supplied in pieces of not less than 20 m at a quantity not less than 20% of the whole batch. Supplies of cables of any length are negotiable.

Cables' operational life - not less than 20 years.
