DESIGNATION

Cables for fire safety and fire alarm systems (hereinafter – “cables”) are designed for single and group cabling for alternating voltage of up to 300 V and up to 10 kHz frequency or direct voltage of 420 V in fire-safety systems, fire and security alarm systems, fire detection systems, fire warning and evacuation control systems, emergency lighting on evacuation routes, emergency ventilation and smoke protection systems, automatic fire extinguishing systems and in other systems keeping operational during 180 minutes in fire conditions as well as in the areas of increased fire risk (subway, industrial facilities, schools, hospitals, office buildings, high-rise buildings).

 Cable models and their definitions shall correspond to the details specified in the table below:

 TECHNICALSPECIFICATIONS

Operationaltemperature range – from -60°Сto +80°С

Cables are resistant to continuous effect of relative atmospheric humidity up to 98% at ambient temperature up to +35°C.

Cables shall not spread combustion when laid in groups

Cables are fire-resistant during not less than 180-minute period of combustion.

Maximal permissible continuous conductor heating temperature shall not exceed +100°С.

Electrical direct-current resistance of 1 km of a conductor at +20°С:

 - for conductors of 0.50 mm diameter – 95.0Ω/km;

- for conductors of 0.64 mm diameter – 58.0 Ω/km;

- for conductors of 0.80 mm diameter – 36.0 Ω/km;

- for conductors of 0.97 mm diameter – 24.5 Ω/km;

- for conductors of 1.13 mm diameter – 18.1 Ω/km;

- for conductors of 1.38 mm diameter – 12.1 Ω/km;

- for conductors of 1.78 mm diameter – 7.4 Ω/km.

 Minimal operating cable bend radius when operating shall not be less than ten cable diameters (dimensions). For flat ribbon cables – by thinner side dimension.

Factorycablelength – not less than 100m.

It’s allowed to deliver cables in 20 m sections at a quantity of not more than 20% of supplied batch.

Supplies of cables of any length are negotiable.

Operational life of cables – not less than 20 years.
