DESIGNATION

Wires are designed for ignition systems of the engines of cars, tractors, motorcycles and other vehicles with maximum operating ignition pulse voltage of 15 kV.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Operation temperature range for ПВВ-ХЛ2 wire: from -60°С to +70°С;

for ПВВ, ПВВ-Т2 model: from -40°С to +70°С

Maximum operating ignition pulse voltage - 15 kV.

Wires do not spread combustion when single laid.

Wires are oil-and-gasoline resistant.

Wires shall be resistant to cracks at a temperature of 150 ºС.

Wires shall be mounted at temperatures not lower than -15°С for УХЛ2 andТ2 and not lower than -30°С for ХЛ2 type.

The permissible continuous conductor heating temperature shall not exceed 70°С.

Minimal operating bend radius shall not exceed 25mm.

Factory cable length is not less than 20 m.

Cables operational life is not less than 10 years.
