Flexible mounting wires with composite fiber and polyvinylchloride insulation

DESIGNATION

Mounting wires with tinned copper conductor with composite fiber and polyvinylchloride insulation are designed for intra- and inter-bay wiring of electrical devices and equipment at rated alternating voltage up to 380 V for 0.12-0.14 mm2 conductor areas and 1000 V for 0.2-1.5 mm2 areas with 10000 Hz frequency and direct voltage up to 500 V and 1500 V accordingly.

Wire models and their definitions shall correspond to the details given in the table below:

ARRANGEMENT

CONDUCTOR:tinnedcopper, stranded.

INSULATION: two layers of polyester thread laid in opposite directions and PVC compound; for wires with нг(С) index - fire-resistant PVC compound

SHIELDING:copper wires of rated diameter not more than 0.15 mm, tinned with tin-lead solder. Double conductive shielded wires with parallel laid conductors are designated with «п» index.

SHEATH:PVC compound. It's allowed to lay polyethyleneterephthalate film under shielding braid. PVC compound sheath is laid over the МГШВЭВ wire shielding braid; for МГШВЭВнг(С) wire - fire-resistant PVC compoundsheath.

NUMBER OF CONDUCTORS:1, 2, 3.

RATED CONDUCTOR AREA, mm²:  0.12; 0.14; 0.20; 0.35; 0.50; 0.75; 1.0; 1.5.

TECHNICALSPECIFICATIONS

Wires are resistant to sinusoidal vibrations, mechanical shocks, linear acceleration and acoustic noise; atmospheric condensate, static dust, salt fog, mold, exposure to gasoline, mineral oil and salt water.

Wires do not spread combustionwhen single laid.

МГШВнг(С), МГШВЭнг(С), МГШВЭВнг(С) wires do not spread combustion when laid as harness.

Operating temperature range: from -50°С to +70°С.

Factory wire length- not less than 50m.

Operational life of wires -  not less than 15 years.
