Connecting wires with fibrous and PVC insulation are designed for connections of electric devices and equipment at AC nominal voltage up to 380V for cross-section 0,12-0,14mm² and up to 1000V for cross-section 0,2-1,5mm² at frequency up to 10000Hz and DC voltage up to 500V and 1500V accordingly.
CONDUCTOR — copper wires tinned by 40% lead-tin solder, correspond to class 4 and 5 of GOST 22483.
INSULATION — two fiber layers in opposite directions and PVC.
STRAND — мinsulated cores of two- and three-core wires are twisted. Parallel core laying in two-core wires is allowed.
SHIELD — copper wires of nominal diameter not more than 0,15 mm tinned by 40% lead-tin solder. Density of shielding braid should not be less than 60 %. Two-core shielded wires with parallel conductors are marked by additional index «п».
SHEATH — PVC.
NUMBER OF CONDUCTORS — 1, 2, 3.
NOMINAL CROSS-SECTION, mm²: — 0,12; 0,14; 0,20; 0,35; 0,5; 0,75; 1,0; 1,5.
Wires resist to vibration and impacts; to gasoline, mineral oils and mold fungi.
Operational temperature range is from -50ºС to +70ºС.
Heating temperature of cores for a long time should not exceed 70°С.
Wires do not extend combustion at single laying.
Minimum operating time is 10000 hours.
The delivery length is not less than 50 meters, 5m and more wire pieces are possible to deliver but not more than 30 % of total length of batch.
Average service life of wires is 15 years.
