APPLICATION

Cables are designed for fixed connections of electric devices operating at AC nominal voltage up to 500V and frequency up to 400Hz or DC voltage up to 750V.

DESIGN

CONDUTOR — tinned copper multiwire.
INSULATION — PVC.
STRAND — insulated cores are twisted in a cable. In each lay there are two cores different from each other and from all cores by its colour.
SHIELD — copper wires with diameter no more than 0,20mm. Shield density is not less than 65%.
SHEATH — PVC.
NUMBER OF CONDUCTORS — 2,3,5,7,10,14,19.
CROSS-SECTIONS OF CONDUCTORS, mm²: — 0,35; 0,5; 0,75; 1,0; 1,5; 2,5.

TECHNICAL DATA

Electric resistance of insulation per 1 km of cable at 20°С should not be less than 1 МОhm.
Cables resist to vibration, to single and repeated impacts, linear loads.
Range of operational temperature is from -50°C to +70°С.
Cables resist to relative humidity up to 98% at the temperature +35°С.
Operational time of cables is 10000 hours.
The delivery length of unshielded wires should not be less than 60 meters and shielded – not less than 25 meters, 3m and more wire pieces are possible to deliver but not more than 10 % of total length of batch.
Average service life of wires is 15 years.
