Connecting PVC insulated wires
NV, NVE, NVM, NVME in accordance with State Standard 17515-72
Connecting wires are designed for AC nominal voltage 600V and 1000V and frequency up to 5000 Hz and DC voltage 840V and 1400V accordingly. The wires are used in electric circuit’s devices of general industrial equipment.
- Tinned copper multiwire for NV, NVE;
- Сopper multiwire for NVM and NVME.
INSULATION — PVC. Insulation coloring may be solid or with stripes. Seven colors are used for coloring of insulation. Color of insulation is the subject of order.
SHIELD — braid from tinned copper wires for NVE; braid from copper wires for NVME. Braid density should not be less than 70%.
NUMBER OF CONDUCTORS — 1,2.
CROSS-SECTIONS OF CONDUCTORS, mm² — 0,12; 0,20; 0,35; 0,50; 0,75; 1,00; 1,5; 2,5.
Electric resistance of insulation per 1 m of wire should not be less than 1х104 МОhm.
Wires resist to vibration and impacts; to gasoline, mineral oils and mold fungi.
Wires do not extend combustion at single laying.
Operational temperature range is from -50°C to +105°С.
The delivery length of unshielded wires should not be less than 50 meters, 10m and more wire pieces are possible to deliver but not more than 20 % of total length of batch.
The delivery length of shielded wires should not be less than 20 meters, 5m and more wire pieces are possible to deliver but not more than 20 % of total length of batch.
Average service life is 15 years.
