DESIGNATION

Mounting wires are designed for operation at rated alternating voltage 600 and 1400 V with up to 10000 Hz frequency and direct voltage up to 840 and 1400 V accordingly in electrical devices connections for general industrial use.

Wire models and their definitions shall correspond to the details given in the table below:

ARRANGEMENT

 

CONDUCTOR:

- tinned,copper, stranded for НВ, НВЭ models;

- copper, strandedfor НВМиНВМЭ models.

INSULATION: PVC compound. Insulation is colored solid or in stripes.

SHIELDING:tinned copper wire braiding for НВЭ model; copper wire braiding forНВМЭmodel. Braiding coverage - not less than 70%.

NUMBER OF CONDUCTORS:1 forНВ, НВМ; 1,2,3 forНВЭ, НВМЭ.

Electrical wire insulation resistancefor a length of 1 m shall be not less than 1x104 MΩ.

Wires are resistant to vibrations, shocks, exposure to gasoline, oils and mold.

Wires do not spread combustion when single laid.

Operating temperature range: from -50°С to +105°С.

Factory length:

- unshielded wires - 50m;

- shieldedwires - 20 m.

Operational life of wires -  not less than 15 years.
