APPLICATION

Installation wires are designed for connection of electric motors operating in artesian wells for a long time to AC electric main on nominal voltage 380, 660 and 3000 V and frequency 50 Hz.

VPP Installation wires for electric submersible motors with PE insulation and PE sheath for nominal voltage 380 and 660V.
VPPU The same, for nominal voltage 3000V with thick insulation (only for cross-sections 25 and 35 mm2)
VPV Installation wires for electric submersible motors with PE insulation and PVC sheath on nominal voltage 380 and 660V.

DESIGN

CONDUCTOR — copper, class 2 in accordance with GOST 22483-77.
INSULATION — PE
SHEATH — PE (VPP, VPPU), PVC (VPV).

TECHNICAL DATA

Electric resistance of insulation per 1 km length at 20°C should not be less than:

  • 1000 МОhm for wires on nominal voltage 380V;
  • 2500 МОhm for wires on nominal voltage 660V;
  • 3000 МОhm for wires on nominal voltage 3000V;

Operating pressure for VPV is 70 МPа at the ambient temperature from - 40°С to + 65°С. Operational pressure for VPP is the same at the ambient temperature from -40°С to +80°С. Operational pressure for VPPU is no more than 150 МPа at the temperature from -40°С to +80°С.

Wires resist to low temperature up to -40°С.

Tensile strength of the sheath at elongation should not be less than 12,50 МPa.

Average service life is not less than 6 years.
