DESIGNATION

 

Cable is designed for connection of electrical devices and terminal blocks of electric switchgearswith rated alternating voltage up to 660 V and 100 Hz frequency or direct voltage up to 1000 V.

ARRANGEMENT

CONDUCTOR:copper, solid.

INSULATION: PVC compound; for cables with "нг(А)-LS" index - flame-retardant PVC compound with low gas and fume emission.

STRAND:insulated conductors are stranded. Each conductor has a meter pair which differs in color from other conductors.

CORE WRAPPING:PVC compound; for cables with "нг(А)" index - fire-resistant PVC compound; for cables with "нг(А)-LS" index - flame-retardant PVC compound with low gas and fume emission.

ARMOR:galvanized steel wires of 0.3 mm diameter. Armor coverage is not less than 60%.

PROTECTIONHOSE:PVC compound; for cables with "нг(А)" index - fire-resistant PVC compound; for cables with "нг(А)-LS" index - flame-retardant PVC compound with low gas and fume emission.

NUMBER OF CONDUCTORS:4, 5, 7, 10, 14, 19.

RATED CONDUCTORAREA, mm²:0.75; 1.0; 1.5; 2.5; 4.0; 6.0.

TECHNICALSPECIFICATIONS

Insulation electrical resistance for a length of 1 km at a temperature of +20°С is not less than:

- for 0.75, 1.0, 1.5 mm² conductor area - 10 M Ω;

- for 2.5, 4.0 mm² conductor area - 9 M Ω;

- for 6.0 mm² conductor area - 6 M Ω.

Operating temperature range: from -40˚Сto +60˚С.

Maximal permissible continuous conductor heating temperature: +70°С

Cables are resistant to mounting bends.

Cable passes (without immersion in water) voltage test of 2.5 kV at 50 Hz frequency between conductors and armor. Protection hose of the cable is abrasion resistant.

Cable is resistant to cyclic heating in salt bath.

Cable does not spread combustion when single laid. Cables with "нг(А)"and "нг(А)-LS" indexesdo not spread combustion when laid as harness

Cables are designed for laying in rooms, canals, tunnels, in the ground (trenches), in aggressive environmental conditions and in places ground currents, in conditions of significant stretching forces.

Minimal cabling and operating bend radius shall not be less than fifteenouter cable diameters.

Factory cable length - not less than 50 m.

Operational life of cables - not less than 15 years.
