DESIGNATION

 

Flat cables for elevators and lifts are designed for cabling of passenger and general-purposefreightelevators with rated alternating voltage of 300/500 V and 60 Hz frequency and for interference-protected connection of sensors and devices connected with elevator equipment room.

Cables of following models are manufactured:

ARRANGEMENT

CONDUCTOR:copper, stranded.

INSULATION: PVC compound; for cables КВПЛнг(А)-LS, КВПЛУнг(А)-LS -flame-retardant PVC compound with low gas and fume emission. Ground conductor has green-and-yellow color. Insulated conductors have numerical taggingdesignating color. Conductors are arranged in 2 to 5 groups. Each group of conductors has a stripping thread in the center of the group.

SHEATH:PVC compound; for cables КВПЛнг(А)-LS, КВПЛУнг(А)-LS -flame-retardant PVC compound with low gas and fume emission. Cross-linked ribbing with 3±1 mm step on the sheath surface is allowed. Ribbing depth - not more than 0.2 mm.

NUMBER OF CONDUCTORS:4,5, 6, 9, 12, 16, 18, 20, 24.

CONDUCTORAREA, mm²:0.75; 1.0; additional conductors - 0.20; 0.50.

TECHNICALSPECIFICATIONS

Electrical resistance of the conductors for a length of 1 km at a temperature of +20°С shall be not less than 20 M Ω.

Maximal conductor heating temperature shall not exceed +70°С.

Cables are resistant to bends and shocks at a temperature of -20ºС.

Cable durability at minimal bend radius is 1000000 up-down trips of elevator.

Operating temperature range: from -20˚Сto +70˚С.

Cable is operable in conditions of relative atmospheric humidity up to 98% at ambient temperature up to +35°C

Ground conductor shall be located at any edge of the cable in insulation.

Cables shall not spread combustion when single laid.

CablesКВПЛнг(А)-LS, КВПЛУнг(А)-LS shall not spread combustion when laid as harness.

Minimal bend radius shall not be less than tenouter cable diameters.

Cable shall not be twisted around the longitudinal axis while cabling and operation.

Maximal stringing length of КВПЛУ and КВПЛУнг(А)-LS cables oi 75 meters; for other cables - 50 meters.

Elevators and lifts speed shall not exceed 1.6 m/s.

Factory cable length - not less than 45 m.

Operational life of cables - not less than 12 years.
