The flat cable for lifts is designed for passenger and good lifts for AC nominal voltage 300/500V and nominal frequency up to 60 Hz.
KVPL — multicore copper flat cable with PVC insulation and sheath.
KVPLng-LS — multicore copper flat cable with PVC insulation and sheath, with low flammability and low gas- and smoke-emission.
KVPLK — multicore copper flat composite cable with PVC insulation and sheath with additional twisted shielded pairs.
KVPLE — multicore copper flat cable with PVC insulation and sheath with additional shielded conductors.
CONDUCTOR — copper multiwire.
INSULATION — PVC. The drain wire has greenish-yellow insulation. Conductors differ by digital marking or by color. Conductors are completed in units from 2 to 5. In each group there is a ripping yarn.
SHEATH — PVC. Fluted surface with pitch 3±1 mm is allowed. Flute depth is not more than 0,2 mm.
NUMBER OF CONDUCTORS — 6, 9, 12, 16, 18, 20, 24.
Electric resistance of insulation per 1 km at 20 °С should not be less than 20 MOhm.
The maximum temperature of a conductor should not exceed +70˚С.
Cables resist to bends and impacts at temperature -20˚С.
The cable operational life at the minimum bending radius is equal to 1000000 cycles «up & down».
Operational temperature is from -20˚С to + 70˚С.
The maximum length of freely suspended cable should be 50 m.
Lifts speed should not exceed 1,6 m/s.
The recommended distance between cable clamps at installation of lifts is not less than 300 mm.
Delivery length should not be less than 45 m.
Average service life is not less than 12 years.
