DESIGNATION

 

Cables are designed for connection to electrical devices with alternating voltage up to 660 V and up to 100 Hz frequency or direct voltage up to 1000 V.

When insulated conductors are parallel laid, index "П" is added to cable model (example: "КГВЭВнг(А)-П")

When space between conductors is filled by laying of sheath, index "з" is added to cable model (example: "КГВВзнг(А)").

Whenconductorsare numerically tagged, index "ц" is added after conductor area index (example: "КГВВнг(А) 3*0,75 ц").

ARRANGEMENT

CONDUCTOR:copper, stranded.

STRAND:insulated conductors of two- or three-core flat cables with "П" index are parallel laid. Insulated conductors of other cables are stranded.

INSULATION: conductors are insulated with PVC compound; cables of нг(А)-LS modifications- flame-retardant PVC compound with low gas and fume emission. For cables of ХЛ1 climatic modification - PVC compound shall be frost-resistant. Insulated conductors with up to five conductors inclusively have distinctive coloring. Coloring of outer insulation or strip painting with not more than 1 mm strip width is allowed.

Insulated cable conductors with more than five conductors in each lay-up have meter pair which differs in color between each conductor in pair and from other conductors of lay-up.

Cables having "ц" index are numerically tagged. Tagging is different in color from the color of conductor insulation. Interval between the numbers shall be not more than 35 mm.

BRAIDING:stranded cable conductors are winded with polyethylene terephthalate film.

It's allowed to manufacture unbraided cables provided that conductors are movable and easily separated from sheath while cable stripping.

SHIELDING:Braided cables shall be shielded with copper or tinned copper wire braiding of not more than 0.3 mm diameter and not less than 70% coverage. When tinned copper wire is used, index "л" is added to the model name.

SHEATH:over unshielded cables braiding, the PVC compound sheath shall be laid; for cables of нг(А) modification - fire resistant PVC compound sheath; for cables of нг(А)-LS modifications- flame-retardant PVC compound sheath with low gas and fume emission. For cables of ХЛ1 climatic modification - PVC compound shall be frost-resistant.

Sheath color is negotiable. By default the sheath can be of any color.

Manufacturing of cables of Т1 modification with white or natural-colored sheath is not allowed.

TECHNICALSPECIFICATIONS

Insulation electrical resistance for a length of 1 km at a temperature of +20°С is not less than:

- 10 M Ω for cables with 0.5 - 1.5 mm² conductor area;

- 9 M Ω for cables with 2.5 - 4.0 mm² conductor area;

- 6 M Ω for cables with 6.0 - 10 mm² conductor area.

Cables shall be resistant to the effect of low operating ambient temperature: for УХЛ2 andТ2 modifications- up to -40°С; for ХЛ2 modification - -60°С.

Cables shall be resistant to the effect of high temperature up to +70°С.

Cables shall be resistant to continuous effect of relative atmospheric humidity up to 98% at ambient temperature up to +35°C.

Cables of T1 modification shall be resistant to the effect of mold.

Cables shall not spread combustion when single laid.

Cablesof нг(А), нг(А)-LS modificationsshall not spread combustion when laid as harness.

Fume emission during combustion and smoldering of нг(А)-LS modification cables shall not decrease the light flux in test chamber by more than 50%.

Minimal operating cable bend radius shall not be less than ten cable diameters (sizes). Forflatwirestheminoraxissizeistaken.

Factory cable length shall be not less than 100 m.

Operational life of cables; for non-fixed cabling -5 years; for fixed cabling - 20 years.
