DESIGNATION

 

Cable is designed for power transmission and distribution in fixed units and fixed installation of power lines with rated alternating voltage of 660 V and 50 Hz frequency in conditions of aggressive environment and in places where cable is subject to strong tensile forces.

ARRANGEMENT

CONDUCTOR:copper, round, solidorstranded.

INSULATION: PVC compound. Insulated conductors have distinctive color.

STRAND:insulated conductors of two- three- and four-core cables arestranded between each other. In five-core cablesinsulated conductors are stranded around PVC compoundkordel.

CORE WRAPPING:PVC compound.

ARMOR:galvanized steel wires wit 0.3 mm diameter. изстальных. Armoring density is not less than 60%.

PROTECTION HOSE:PVC compound.

TECHNICALSPECIFICATIONS

Insulation electrical resistance for a length of 1 km at a temperature of +20°С is not less than:

- for 1.0, 1.5 mm² conductor area - 12M Ω;

- for 2.5, 4.0 mm² conductor area - 10M Ω;

- for 6.0 mm² conductor area - 9M Ω.

Operating temperature range: from -40˚Сto +60˚С.

Cables are resistant to continuous effect of relative atmospheric humidity up to 93% at ambient temperature up to +40°C

Cable passes (without immersion in water) voltage test of 3 kV at 50 Hz frequency between conductors and between conductors and armor.

Maximal operation conductor heating temperature: +70°С

Cable is resistant to bending.

Minimal cabling and operating bend radius shall not be less than fifteenouter cable diameters.

Protection hose of cable is sealed.

Cable does not spread combustion when single laid.

Factory cable length - not less than 50 m.

Operational life of cables - not less than 15 years.
