The cable is designed for the fixed connection of electric devices operating at AC nominal voltage up to 660V frequency up to 50Hz in corrosive environment, if the cable is subjected to significant tensile forces.
CONDUCTOR — round copper solid wire;
INSULATION — PVC; Insulated cores have identification colouring.
STRAND — insulated cores (2, 3, 4) are twisted. In five-core cables cores are twisted around PVC string.
ZONAL INSULATION — PVC.
ARMOURING — tined steel wires of 0,3 mm diameter. Armouring density is not less than 60%;
PROTECTIVE HOSE — – PVC;
NUMBER OF CONDUCTORS — 2,3,4,5.
CONDUCTOR CROSS-SECTION, mm2 — 1,5; 2,5; 4,0; 6,0.
The electric resistance of cable insulation per 1 km at 20°C should not be less than:
- 12 МОhm for 1,0; 1,5mm² cross-sections;
- 10 МОhm for 2,5; 4,0mm² cross-sections;
- 9 MOhm for 6,0mm² cross-section.
Operational temperature range is from -40°C to +60°C.
The cable can withstand for 10 minutes (without immersion) test alternating voltage of 3 kV, 50 Hz between the conductors and between conductors and armouring.
The maximum operational temperature of conductor is +70°C.
The cable resists to bending, cyclic heating in a salt bath.
The minimum bending radius for installation and operation should not be less than fifteen maximal cable diameters.
Cables do not extend combustion at a single laying.
The delivery length should not be less than 50 m, 20 m and more cable pieces are possible to deliver but not more than 20% of total length of batch.
Average service life of a cable is 15 years.
