DESIGNATION

 

Flexible cord with stranded conductors in polyvinylchloride sheath, braided with cotton or synthetic fibers is designed for connection of heating devices to power line with rated voltage up to 380 V.

ARRANGEMENT

CONDUCTOR:copper, stranded.

INSULATION: cross-linked polyethylene.

STRAND:insulated conductors are stranded; if three conductors are braided, one of them has distinctive color.

SHEATH:polyvinylchloridecompound.

BRAIDING:cotton or synthetic fibers, percentage of coverage of braiding is not less than 90%.

NUMBER OF CONDUCTORS:2, 3.

CONDUCTORAREA, mm²:0.5; 0.75; 1.0; 1.5.

TECHNICALSPECIFICATIONS

Maximal conductor heating temperature shall not exceed +70°С.

PVC sheath of the cord shall be resistant to deformations and cracking at a temperature of +70±2°С.

Braiding is resistant to abrasion.

Braiding shall be heat-resistant.

Minimal operating bend radius shall not be less than fourouter cord diameters.

Average cord life is expressed in resistance to alternating bending deformations for not less than 30000 cycles (60000 movements).

Factorylength - not less than 10 m.

Operational life- 4 years.
