DESIGNATION

 

Uninsulated flexible braided wires are designed for connection of vehicle and tractor devices to the body.

Wire models and their definitions shall correspond to the details given in the table below:

Wires are braided into strand and rolled.

Strands consist of bunch strandedwireswith a strand pitch of not more than 30 diametersover stranded core. Strands are made of:

- copper wire for АМГ wire;

- copper wire tinned with solder containing not less than 40% of tin - for АМГЛ wire;

- copper wire tinned with tin solder - for АМГ-Т andАМГЛ-Т2 wires.

Wires are braided into strand and rolled.

TECHNICALSPECIFICATIONS

Wiring bend radius shall not be less than double wire thickness.

Operating temperature range: from -60˚С to +140˚С.

АМГЛ, АМГЛ-Т2, АМГ-Т wires are resistant to high atmospheric humidity up to 98% at ambient temperature of +35°C.

Factory length - not less than 50 m.

Operational wire life - not less than 5 years.
