DESIGNATION

 

Wires are designed for connection of electrical equipment for household use, devices, tools, machines and appliance for household or similar use, for making of extension cords operating at up to 380/660 V; cords of ШВП-2, ШВП-3 models are designed for connection of equipment to power lines with alternating current voltage up to 42 V and up to 20 kHz frequency inclusively or direct voltage up to 80 V inclusively.ПВС/АБС - for up to 220 V for systems with 220/380 V.

Wire with stranded conductors, with PVC insulation and sheath, for hardwiring, operating at up to 380 V for 380/660 V systems.

ПВС/АБС

ARRANGEMENT

CONDUCTOR:copper, stranded.

INSULATION: PVC compound; for wires with "нг(А)-LS" index - flame-retardant PVC compound with low gas and fume emission. Insulated conductors have different color except ШВП-2, ШВП-3.

STRAND:Conductors of ШВВП, 60227 IEC 52, 60227 IEC 52 RoHS, ШВП-2, ШВП-3 cords are parallel laid. Stranding of 60227 IEC 52 and 60227 IEC 52 RoHS cords' conductors is allowed. Parallel laid conductors of ШВП-2 andШВП-3 have separation between conductors.

SHEATH:PVC compound; for wires with "нг(А)" index - fire-resistant PVC compound; for "нг(А)-LS" - flame-retardant PVC compound with low gas and fume emission

NUMBER OF CONDUCTORS:2, 3, 4, 5.

CONDUCTORAREA, mm²:0.35; 0.5; 0.75; 1.0; 1.5; 2.5; 4; 6; 10; 16.

TECHNICALSPECIFICATIONS

Wires are designed for operation at ambient temperature from -40°С to +40°С.

Maximal operating conductor heating temperature: +70°С.

PVC insulation and sheath are resistant to deformations and cracking at a temperature of +70°С.

Wires are resistant to the effect of mold. Wires with "RoHS" index are unleaded.

Wires do not spread combustion when single laid; wires with "нг(А)-LS" index do not spread combustion when laid as harness
